Omaha Against Hunger is a volunteer-driven effort to package and distribute a highly nutritious dry food formula around the world through feeding programs, orphanages, school, and clinics. Locally, the meals are distributed through food pantries and food banks, throughout our community.
Impact: We are all about helping people with one of the most basic and greatest needs in life - Food. In Nebraska and western Iowa; 1 in 5 children under the age of 18 is at risk for hunger.
Project Availability:
Volunteer Responsibilities: Pack-A-Pallet; Bring your employees (min of 10) to the Omaha Against Hunger West Omaha Packing warehouse or, talk to us about hosting an event at your location. Spend an hour packaging kids against hunger meals. More available task; Radio Lobo Food Drive, Stuff a Truck, Feed a Family Dinner
