Impact: Impact in 2016 70 million meals provided (about 19% of meals are provided through the federal government's SNAP program. Of the 70 million meals, it included 23 million pounds of fresh produce and 7 million pounds of meat and other high-protein foods. 92 million meals are needed annually to fill the need for assistance in North Texas.
