Service Opportunities: During the months of November and December, Seafarers’ House hopes to hand out as many as 3,000 wrapped shoeboxes filled with socks, toiletries, and holiday cheer to the seafarers who come from all over the world into our Port Everglades. They are all so very far away from home and family during the holidays and these small gifts mean so much!

Impact: Seafarers' House at Port Everglades is a non-profit organization supported by the faith-based community as well as by labor, business and civic leaders with a mission "to offer refuge, resources, renewal and respect to the maritime community through multi-faith service."
