Description:

The Oregon Food Bank collects food from farmers, manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, individuals and government sources. We distribute that food through a Statewide Network of 21 Regional Food Banks and approximately 970 partner agencies serving all of Oregon and Clark County, Washington.

Impact: We are dedicated to ensuring that no one goes hungry today, that Oregon becomes the first state without hunger, and that people experiencing hunger are at the center of all we do.

Project Availability:

Volunteer Responsibilities: Repackaging food.

Attire: Shoes must have closed toes and heels (no sandals, clogs, mules or high heels). Shirts must have sleeves (no tank tops). For safety reasons, volunteers WILL BE TURNED AWAY for improper footwear and clothing.
