Description:

Impact: Martha's Village & Kitchen envisions a community where all people have the opportunity to live to their full potential; where everyone has food, housing, healthcare, education and the means to maintain them.Serve our neighbors by responding to their needs with food, clothing, shelter and an opportunity to become self-sufficient by affirming their dignity with love, compassion and respect.

Project Availability:

Volunteer Responsibilities: Serve a meal, play with kids, maintenance tasks,teach a class, greet Guests, organize merchandise, Help staff assemble canned/ dry goods baskets for impoverished families in the community; maintain and organize the food pantry and provide basic client services and referrals.

Attire: Comfy casual

F&B Provided for Volunteers: Yes

Option to Move Project to a Different Location: Facility has annual 5k runs and Fill The Bus that goes around the valley filling buses with canned goods.
