Make Sibling Activity Bags (items can include card games, coloring books, snack and/or juice box, small puzzles, activity books, travel size games, etc) All items can be delivered to RMHC at any time.

They can take up to 20 volunteers. The project is sorting merchandise donated to the Thrift Stores. The Adult Rehabilitation Center is funded through these stores. Often jewelry is donated in bulk and it is kind of like looking for diamonds in the rough. Volunteers of all ages and men and women seem to really enjoy this project. Sorting is done at the ARC building located at 2525 Dodge. They will provide snacks and the volunteers will see a short video explaining the program and the importance of their volunteering hours.

What does sharing your time or talent look like?  How about serving an evening dinner meal or Sunday morning brunch?  The Siena/Francis House provides over 400,000 meals each year.  We need volunteers to serve these meals to the homeless daily.

Volunteers serve the evening dinner meal to those experiencing homelessness from 4:30 until 7:00 p.m. every day of the year.  Volunteers also serve brunch to the homeless from 8:30 until 11:00 a.m. every Sunday morning.
